What is the HeliCard™?
The HeliCard is HeliFlite’s pre-purchased flight-hour program, created for travelers who value guaranteed access, fixed rates, and an effortless way to fly on their schedule. Members enjoy priority booking, 24/7 service, and access to HeliFlite’s elite, dual-piloted, twin-engine fleet, without the commitments or complexities of ownership. The program also opens the door to exclusive landing locations, including the Miami Seaplane Base on Watson Island and the East Hampton Executive Terminal, giving you unmatched access to the destinations that matter most.
How many hours do I need to purchase?
The program is customized based on your flight usage with the ability to add more hours when you need them most. Each hour is ready for use as soon as you become a HeliCard member.
How quickly can I book a flight after purchasing my HeliCard?
Once your HeliCard is funded, you can book immediately. Our 24/7 Flight Ops team is available to help accommodate your requests or you can book via our app.
Does the HeliCard guarantee aircraft availability?
Yes! One of the core benefits of the HeliCard is guaranteed access. HeliFlite’s meticulously maintained fleet ensures that members enjoy reliable, priority availability throughout the year, even during busy weekends and seasonal demand peaks.
Are there certain hours I can fly?
HeliFlite operates seven days a week, 365 days a year and HeliCard members have the flexibility to schedule flights whenever you need them – on your schedule.
Do I get to choose my aircraft?
Yes! Based on your trip, our Flight Ops team will recommend the best aircraft in our twin-engine, dual-piloted fleet, which includes the Sikorsky S-76 and the AW139. You can request a preferred aircraft type, and the team will accommodate whenever availability and routing allow.
Where can I fly with the HeliCard?
Your HeliCard covers HeliFlite’s primary service regions, including the Northeast, Florida and the Bahamas.
3 heliports in New York City, Metro NY/NJ Airports, New Jersey, Westchester, and The Hamptons, Connecticut, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach.
Members can also access flights to the Bahamas from anywhere throughout Florida.
Can I use my HeliCard for airport transfers?
Absolutely. Many clients use their hours for seamless transfers to major private and commercial airports, such as:
